Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following case will be heard:
Case #1974 (Continued)
Steve Simon has filed an appeal as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 8, to appeal the Building Commissioner’s determination that residential use of a cottage is now protected. The property is located at 10 Beach Road, Orleans Map #36, Parcel #24.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the December 4, 2013 meeting.
